Selected Work

Technical leadership for business-critical platforms and operational transformation.

I work on systems where technical decisions are directly connected to business continuity, operational efficiency, platform evolution, and delivery reliability. My experience spans production web platforms, cloud infrastructure, internal systems, workflow automation, AI-assisted quality processes, and technical leadership in business-critical environments.

A note on confidentiality

Most of my work involves internal systems, proprietary workflows, client data, infrastructure decisions, and production environments that cannot be publicly disclosed. For that reason, this page does not present a traditional visual portfolio.

Instead, it highlights anonymized examples of the types of problems I solve, the technical direction I provide, and the business outcomes I help support.

Areas of Impact

The work below is organized around the areas where I create the most value: connecting technical execution with business priorities, operational continuity, delivery discipline, and long-term platform direction.

01

Technical Leadership & Business Alignment

Aligning engineering work with business priorities, stakeholder expectations, operational constraints, and long-term platform direction.

02

Platform & Systems Modernization

Modernizing legacy systems, production platforms, and internal tools without disrupting the business processes they support.

03

Operational Efficiency & Cost Awareness

Improving workflows, infrastructure decisions, automation, and review processes with attention to reliability, cost, quality, and scale.

04

Delivery Reliability & Team Direction

Helping teams regain clarity, improve execution rhythm, reduce delivery risk, and build trust through consistent technical leadership.

Selected Work

These examples reflect the common thread across my work: using technical leadership to modernize critical platforms, reduce operational risk, improve delivery, and support long-term business execution.

AI-Assisted Operational Quality

Focus: AI-assisted workflows, validation, review, operational quality

Co-developed AI-assisted validation workflows to support technical and content review processes, reducing repetitive manual effort and helping teams identify issues more consistently before release.

The focus is practical rather than experimental: applying AI to improve review speed, documentation quality, development analysis, and operational consistency in real production workflows.

Engineering Delivery Recovery

Focus: team leadership, delivery discipline, stakeholder trust

Coordinated small development teams through periods of delivery inconsistency, unclear priorities, or low stakeholder confidence, helping restore direction, execution rhythm, and client trust.

The work involved understanding delivery bottlenecks, clarifying priorities, mentoring developers, improving communication, and aligning technical execution with business expectations.

Remote Dubbing Production Platform

Focus: digital transformation, remote operations, business continuity

Led a small development team in the creation of one of the world's first fully online dubbing production systems, transforming a traditionally studio-based workflow into a remote operational platform.

The project supported a new production model by allowing distributed coordination, remote execution, and business continuity during a critical operational transition. It was not only a software project, but a shift in how a core service could be delivered.

Business-Critical Web Platform Modernization

Focus: platform modernization, production systems, stakeholder alignment

Worked across frontend, backend, databases, and infrastructure to modernize public-facing and internal web systems in a high-traffic news distribution environment.

This includes branded interface modernization, multilingual implementation, production-safe refactoring, interactive pages, internal workflows, database-backed tools, and systems that support client-facing operations.

The work requires balancing long-term modernization with production reliability, content delivery, stakeholder needs, and operational continuity.

Cloud Migration & Infrastructure Cost Optimization

Focus: AWS infrastructure, cost optimization, operational resilience

Planned and supported the migration of business infrastructure from local environments to AWS-based operations, helping create a more scalable and maintainable foundation for critical systems.

The work also included infrastructure cost review and provider negotiation, contributing to a 64% reduction in operational infrastructure costs while preserving the reliability required by business-critical systems.

Workflow Automation & Rework Reduction

Focus: process automation, operational efficiency, quality control

Implemented an internal workflow system that reduced rework by approximately 90%, helping the business move from manual coordination and repeated corrections toward a more structured operational process.

The project required understanding how work moved across people, systems, and decision points, then translating that process into software that improved consistency, accountability, and delivery quality.

How I Lead Technical Work

I approach technical leadership by first understanding what the system means to the business: what needs to keep running, where the operational risks are, which stakeholders depend on it, and what constraints shape the technical decisions.

From there, my focus is to create practical direction: stabilize what is critical, modernize what limits growth, reduce friction where teams lose time, and make technical execution more predictable for the business.

  • Connect technical decisions to business outcomes.
  • Preserve operational continuity during modernization.
  • Reduce risk before increasing scope.
  • Improve systems where they create cost, delay, rework, or delivery friction.
  • Use AI where it strengthens review, consistency, documentation, or execution speed.
  • Build technical direction that teams and stakeholders can understand.
  • Favor practical modernization over disruptive rewrites.

Technical context matters

The strongest technical work is not only about implementation. It is about understanding the business context, the operational constraints, the risks involved, and the outcomes the system needs to support.
